FAQ
What programme do children follow in kindergarten?
Starting from the age of 3, the kindergarten works according to a bilingual programme: we combine the Ukrainian programme “A Leader Lives in Everyone” and the Cambridge Young Learners programme. Children spend half of the day learning in Ukrainian and the other half in English.
What activities do children do at the kindergarten?
The schedule depends on the age group and includes academic, creative, and physical activities. All activities are held in a playful, engaging format.
For example, in the 3–4-year-old group, children take part in: speech development, speech therapy exercises, fun maths, early literacy, drawing, music, cognitive classes “I Discover the World”, psychological circle, physical education, and choreography.
English classes include:
- English – speech and vocabulary development,
- Math – basic mathematical concepts in English,
- Science – exploring the world through experiments, observations, and discovery games in English.
How much time do children spend outdoors?
We are fully aware of the importance of outdoor activities for children’s physical and emotional development, so time outside is included in the daily schedule. On nice days, we greet the children in the morning on the playground. During the day, there are at least two walks — before lunch and before dinner. In the evening, the children also have time for outdoor play. We also organise some of the classes in the open air.
